Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

Wayfinity DMC is a company dedicated to organizing and commercializing tours and travel experiences in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

By booking any of our services, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations and Payments

• Reservations can be made through our website or official channels.
• A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking.
• The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before or on the day of the tour.
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

🔹 Cancellations due to illness

In case of cancellation due to illness or medical condition, a refund will only be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate issued in the Dominican Republic.

• The document must be official, legible, and verifiable.
• Wayfinity DMC reserves the right to validate the authenticity of the document.
• Without this document, no refund will be issued.

🔹 Weather and external conditions

In case of adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control, the activity may be:

• rescheduled, or
• partially or fully refunded

No refunds will be issued if the activity can be carried out safely, even if minor changes occur in the itinerary.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Reservation Changes

• Changes can be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Wayfinity DMC reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational, weather, or safety reasons.

5. Punctuality and No-Show

Customers must be present at the designated location and time.

Failure to arrive on time or missing the assigned transportation will be considered a no-show, with no refund or rescheduling.

6. Transportation and Logistics

Some excursions include shared transportation, and pick-up and travel times may vary depending on location and number of participants.

Customers acknowledge that transportation time is part of the overall experience.

7. Nature of Services

Wayfinity DMC acts as an intermediary between customers and independent local service providers (transportation, guides, tour operators, etc.).

8. Risks and Participation

Some activities involve physical effort and inherent risks.

By participating, customers:

• acknowledge these risks
• confirm they are physically fit to participate
• accept responsibility for their participation

9. Customer Conduct

Wayfinity DMC reserves the right to deny participation or remove any customer who:

• is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• behaves inappropriately
• poses a risk to themselves or others

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability

Wayfinity DMC is not responsible for:

• delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors
• operational changes beyond our control
• loss of personal belongings
• injuries resulting from customer negligence

11. Third-Party Providers

Services are provided in collaboration with independent local providers.

Failure to comply with rules may result in:

• cancellation of the service
• loss of payment

12. Force Majeure

Wayfinity DMC is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:

• extreme weather
• natural disasters
• strikes
• government restrictions

13. Use of Images

Customers agree that photos and videos taken during activities may be used by Wayfinity DMC for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing before the service.

14. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Wayfinity DMC directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank.

Wayfinity DMC reserves the right to provide all necessary documentation to defend any transaction.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Wayfinity DMC and may not be used without authorization.

16. Changes to Terms

Wayfinity DMC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
